An Adventure for the Meatheads Jam!

In the woods up yonder past Liftenholler a huge barbell has fallen from the sky, destroying the Monkey Master Mansion and, more importantly, waking up Momma Muscle from her post-workout nap. She's asked the party to head up the holler to investigate. Her dear friends, the Macho Monkey Masters, live in a mansion up that way and she hasn't heard a lick out of them since the barbell fell yesterday. In exchange for checking up on her gainful brothers-with-muscles, she'll teach the party how to perform the Penultimate Push Up, Momma Muscle's secret workout technique that let her become leader of Liftenholler.
